## Answer

AI gives a fast first draft of a site. Facts, Hebrew layout, image text, accessibility and ownership still need a human. A seven-step review, what Google says about AI content, and what ours costs.

A website designed with AI gives you a fast first draft: layout, sections and starting text in hours instead of weeks. It does not give you a finished business site. A person still has to check every fact, write what only you know, test the page in Hebrew, check accessibility and make sure the domain and hosting are yours. Done that way, an AI-designed site is a sound and cheaper start. Treated as a push-button finish, it ends up as a pretty site that says the wrong things. Below is what the tools do, a review you can run on any draft in an afternoon, and what we include when we build one.

### What does the AI part actually do?

Site builders advertise it directly. Wix's AI website builder page (as captured on 14 June 2026) says its tool lets you "go from a simple prompt to a business-ready site through a conversational interface", and that the AI generates a site with "tailored copy and high-quality visuals". That is real, and useful for structure: a sensible page order, a layout and a first version of the text, so you edit instead of staring at a blank page.

The same page says you then use drag-and-drop editing "to fine-tune every detail". Even the vendor treats the generated site as a foundation that a person refines. The refining is the work that decides whether the site is good.

### What should you check on an AI draft, in order?

1. **Write a one-page fact sheet first, then check every page against it.** Business name as registered, address in Hebrew and English, phone and WhatsApp numbers, opening hours including Friday, areas you serve, prices, and what you do not do. A draft can state things you never told it, such as an opening hour or a service you do not offer, and a visitor will believe the site over you. Put the sheet in the prompt, then read the output line by line against it.
2. **Check the Hebrew and the direction.** The `dir` attribute tells a browser which way text runs: MDN says `rtl` is for languages written right to left, and that if an element has no `dir` it inherits from its parent. Open every page and look at the menu order, the order of table columns, form labels, and numbers, prices in shekels and English brand names inside Hebrew sentences. The language also has to be declared: MDN notes that WCAG success criterion 3.1.1 requires the page language to be programmatically determined, through the `lang` attribute, so that screen readers can pronounce the text correctly.
3. **Fix the image text.** Every image on the draft needs a decision. W3C's alt decision tree says an image that is only decorative gets an empty `alt`, and an image that carries text that appears nowhere else needs that text in its `alt`. Go through the images and give each the right kind of `alt`.
4. **Check what search engines and links show.** Google's guidance on generative AI content tells you to focus on accuracy, quality and relevance, "especially when automatically generating the content", and names the page title, meta description, structured data and image alternative text as places that can appear in Search results. An invented line in a title is public the day you publish.
5. **Test accessibility, then add a human review.** The W3C says evaluation tools "cannot check all accessibility aspects automatically. Human judgement is required." Internet Society Israel's accessibility guide (updated 16 January 2024) says a site that must comply has to meet the Israeli standard IS 5568 at level AA at least, that the duty depends on when the site was launched and on the business's annual revenue, and that an exemption can be requested for a severe economic burden. Whether your business is covered is a question for a specialist. An AI tool does not give you a compliance statement.
6. **Cut pages that add nothing.** Google's page says that using generative AI tools "to generate many pages without adding value for users may violate Google's spam policy on scaled content abuse". Five useful pages for a five-service business beat fifty generated ones.
7. **Confirm who owns what.** Ask where the domain is registered and in whose name, who holds the hosting login, and how you take the site elsewhere if you leave. If the answer to any of them is "the agency" or "the platform", write down what it costs to change.

### Is Google against AI-written content?

No, and it is worth being precise. Google's page (last updated 10 December 2025, as captured on 12 May 2026) calls generative AI "particularly useful when researching a topic, and to add structure to original content", and the concern it names is generating many pages without adding value for users. It also suggests sharing how content was made, where that helps your readers. Using AI is not the problem. Publishing without review is.

### What should an AI-designed site include?

The question to ask any builder, ours included, is what the price covers. These are the lines we state for our own builds, so you can compare:

- Hosting and domain: the site, the domain and the hosting account in your name.
- Ownership: the site is yours, with a short guide so you can edit text and images yourself.
- Hebrew and English with correct right-to-left layout.
- Basic security as part of every build, and search basics: titles, descriptions and a sitemap.
- Accessibility to IS 5568 as a module you choose, because whether a given business is exempt is a question for counsel.
- After launch, a 30-day warranty. Ongoing care is optional, monthly and cancellable.

### What does it cost?

Our website designed with AI starts from ₪7,000, plus VAT as required by law, with an optional care plan of ₪450 a month. It is the lowest platform we build on. If you later need a store or a custom feature, the same site can grow into the options in [WordPress, Shopify or a custom site](https://sporesec.com/en/blog/wordpress-shopify-or-custom-site-israel). Hosting is billed by your provider directly.

## Questions and answers

### Is AI-generated website content against Google's rules?

Not in itself. Google's guidance (last updated 10 December 2025) says generative AI can be useful for researching a topic and adding structure, but generating many pages without adding value for users may violate its scaled content abuse spam policy. It says to focus on accuracy, quality and relevance, including titles, meta descriptions and image alt text.

### Does an AI-designed site meet Israeli accessibility rules?

Not automatically. The W3C says tools cannot check all accessibility aspects automatically and human judgement is required. Internet Society Israel's guide (updated 16 January 2024) says a site that must comply has to meet IS 5568 at level AA at least, and that the duty depends on launch date and revenue.

### What does your AI-designed site cost?
