## Answer

SporeSec sets up Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for an office and migrates mail, calendars and files without losing anything: domain and mail security records, two-step sign-in, shared mailboxes and a short guide for staff. A fixed price from ₪5,000 covers up to about 10 users, plus VAT as required by law.

We set up Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for your office and move your mail, files and calendars across without losing anything: your domain, your accounts, sign-in protection, sharing rules and shared mailboxes, configured once and documented.

## What you get

- The right platform for your office, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, with the licences bought in your own account.
- Your domain connected, mail routing set, and the email security records (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) in place, so your mail arrives and is harder to spoof.
- Mailboxes, calendars and files migrated from the old system, with a cut-over plan that keeps mail flowing.
- Two-step sign-in, admin roles and sharing rules configured, so one stolen password is not a breach.
- Shared mailboxes, groups and shared drives set up for how your team really works, plus a short guide for your staff.

## How it runs

1. **Map the accounts**: Users, mailboxes, domains, and what lives where today.
2. **Set up and migrate**: The new tenant is built and secured first, then mail and files move in stages.
3. **Cut over and hand off**: DNS switches at a quiet hour, we check every mailbox, and your admin gets the documentation.

## Pricing

**Workspace setup and migration, from ₪5,000**. For an office of up to about 10 users. Licences are billed by Microsoft or Google to your own account. Fixed price per scope, plus VAT as required by law.

## Questions and answers

### Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, which should we choose?

Microsoft 365 fits offices that live in Word, Excel and Outlook or run Windows tools. Google Workspace fits teams that work mostly in the browser and share documents live. We recommend one per office.

### Will we lose any mail during the move?

We copy the old mail across before the switch and keep both systems running until every mailbox is checked.

### Who pays for the licences?

You do, directly to Microsoft or Google, in your own account. The setup price covers our work, not the subscription.

### Is the setup priced per user?

The setup is one fixed price for an office of up to about 10 users; a larger office is scoped on a call. Monthly support is a separate option: see managed IT.

## A typical setup

A typical setup moves a ten-person office from a shared mail hosting plan to Microsoft 365 in one evening: the domain is verified, mailboxes and calendars are copied across, the mail security records are set, two-step sign-in is turned on for everyone, and the next morning each person opens the same mail on a phone and a laptop. The admin account stays with you.
