Terms of Service

1. Services
SporeSec provides operational systems engineering, security engineering, process automation, and systems integration services. The specific scope of work for each engagement is defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.
2. Security Engagements
By engaging SporeSec for penetration testing or security assessment services, you explicitly authorize our team to test your digital infrastructure within the agreed Scope of Engagement. All testing is conducted professionally and ethically, following industry standards.
3. Limitation of Liability
SporeSec provides services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to identify all vulnerabilities within the agreed scope, no security assessment can guarantee the discovery of all potential threats. We are not liable for damages arising from vulnerabilities not identified during testing, or for temporary service disruption during authorized testing activities.
4. Intellectual Property
Custom code, tools, and deliverables developed during an engagement remain the intellectual property of SporeSec until full payment is received, at which point a non-exclusive, perpetual license is granted to the client. Proprietary tools and methodologies remain the property of SporeSec.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during an engagement. SporeSec will not disclose vulnerabilities, system details, or business information to any third party without written consent.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Israeli law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
