A service with an API but no ready connector. The build is small; the work is understanding your system: endpoints, auth, data model, edge cases. The discovery share reflects that honestly.
Priority, SAP, or an in-house system: it varies by data model and access, so it is scoped after we see it.

What happens to the data between systems: shaped, cleaned, enriched, or rolled up.

Data transformation
Map and reshape fields between systems (dates, currencies, names, phone formats) so records land clean in the destination.
Dedup rules and input validation, so a bad or duplicate record is caught before it spreads.
Enrich records from an external source (company data, geocoding, a lookup table). Build plus a light discovery share to define the source and the match rules.
A scheduled digest or dashboard feed: aggregate the runs into a periodic report or a sheet your team reads.
An AI node in the automation: classify an incoming message, extract fields from a document or email, or draft a reply for approval. A single deterministic-guardrailed step, not a full agent (a full agent is the AI Agent line).
