Custom Automation

Your process runs itself exactly as it works, not as a template assumes. We write the automations that off-the-shelf tools handle badly: your own logic, your own systems, your own rules. Code that connects your CRM, ERP, forms, spreadsheets and messaging, runs on a schedule or on an event, and tells you when something breaks. When a no-code tool is enough, we use one and say so.

Is this for you?

  • Your process has its own rules.

  • Ready-made tools cannot express them.

  • Code runs them, with logs, retries and alerts.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Map the process

We chart the trigger, the data, the rules and the exceptions, and decide whether code or a no-code tool fits.

  2. 02

    Build and test

Written and run on your real data, edge cases included, before it touches production.

  3. 03

    Ship and hand off

Live with logs and alerts, documented, in your own accounts.

What it looks like

A typical build

A typical custom automation we build receives a new order or lead by webhook, checks it against your own rules, creates the record in your CRM, issues the document in your invoicing tool, and posts a summary to the team channel. A step that fails retries, then alerts a person with the record attached instead of dropping it. It ships documented, in your repository, on infrastructure you control.

What you get

The full list

  • Integrations written against the real API of each system: CRM, ERP, billing, forms, mail, calendars.
  • Business rules in code: pricing, routing, approvals, validation, and the exceptions no template covers.
  • Runs on an event or a schedule: a webhook, a new row, a form, a nightly job.
  • Logging, retries and failure alerts, so a broken run is visible and recoverable.
  • The source in your own repository, documented, so your team or another developer can take it over.

Founder & Lead Engineer

The engineer answering your messages is the one writing your code. That is the whole org chart. Over 15 systems in production: WhatsApp bots, AI agents, CRMs, full-stack apps. The security tooling he tests them with is his own, so everything ships hardened by default. And after go-live it stays his problem, not yours.

Questions we get every week

Still unsure? A person answers on WhatsApp, within one business day.

When is custom code better than Make or Zapier?

When the logic is heavy, the volume is high, the data is sensitive, or the tool you need has no ready connector. For a simple handoff between two apps a no-code tool is faster and cheaper, and we will say so.

Where does it run?

On your own cloud or server, or on infrastructure we set up for you. Either way you hold the keys and the code.

Can you take over an automation someone else built?

Yes. We read it, document it, fix what is fragile and add alerts. If a rebuild is cheaper, we say so first.
