Setup is quoted at a fixed price per scope. Storage is billed by the backup provider and depends on how much data you keep, so it is quoted on the call. plus VAT as required by law.

A typical setup
A typical setup replaces one external drive on a shelf with automatic daily backups of every laptop and the shared folder, a second copy held outside the office, cloud mail covered as well, and a restore test on a schedule. The first time someone deletes a folder by mistake, restoring it is a routine job, not a crisis.

- Automatic backups of computers, shared files and servers, with at least one copy outside the office.
- Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace data backed up too, because a mailbox deleted by mistake is not always recoverable from the platform itself.
- A restore test on a schedule, with a short report, so you know it works before the day you need it.
- A written recovery plan: who does what, in what order, if the office or the data is lost.
