A typical setup
A typical setup moves a ten-person office from a shared mail hosting plan to Microsoft 365 in one evening: the domain is verified, mailboxes and calendars are copied across, the mail security records are set, two-step sign-in is turned on for everyone, and the next morning each person opens the same mail on a phone and a laptop. The admin account stays with you.

- Your domain connected, mail routing set, and the email security records (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) in place, so your mail arrives and is harder to spoof.
- Mailboxes, calendars and files migrated from the old system, with a cut-over plan that keeps mail flowing.
- Two-step sign-in, admin roles and sharing rules configured, so one stolen password is not a breach.

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, which should we choose?
Microsoft 365 fits offices that live in Word, Excel and Outlook or run Windows tools. Google Workspace fits teams that work mostly in the browser and share documents live. We recommend one per office.
Will we lose any mail during the move?
We copy the old mail across before the switch and keep both systems running until every mailbox is checked.
Who pays for the licences?
You do, directly to Microsoft or Google, in your own account. The setup price covers our work, not the subscription.
Is the setup priced per user?
The setup is one fixed price for an office of up to about 10 users; a larger office is scoped on a call. Monthly support is a separate option: see managed IT.
